Two dozen ladies. including a carload from Lac des Roches, enjoyed an afternoon of swapping new and used merchandise at yet another hilarious “ladies only auction” on Saturday, November 28. Our gracious hosts have recommended that future auctions be conducted at the Interlakes Community Hall where any one or group of friends could host the event with all the amenities the hall has to offer, specifically lots of room. There would be a nominal cover charge of $2 for the use of the hall and kitchen facilities which makes it very appealing. Anyone interested in hosting an auction is welcome to set a date with the hall booking secretary and advertise the date and time locally.
